Medical Director / Psychiatrist (Full-Time)
BGHA is seeking a full time Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide services for their residential treatment facility.  For job description and benefit information contact Joe Thomas, HR Manager at 907-459-4700

Executive Director (Full-Time)
Job Summary:  The Executive Director provides overall leadership and management of the organization.  BGHA provides level III, IV and V residential programs for up to 70 adolescents with a staff of 150 professionals.
Requirements:  We are seeking a behavioral health executive with a Masters level degree in a clinical discipline, health administration and/or business and a minimum of 10 years of management experience.  The Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of operations including clinical programs, business and finance, quality assurance, development, marketing, human resources and facilities. 

Clinical Director  (Full-Time)
Job Summary:  The Clinical Director is responsible for the development, implementation, supervision and evaluation of all clinical programs.  She/He will supervise a team of six Therapists, the Intake Coordinator and serve as a member of the organization’s leadership team.
Requirements:  We are seeking a Masters level (MSW, Psychology, Counseling) and licensed professional with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience.  Prior experience working in residential programs with adolescents is a must.

Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time)
Requirements:  MA/MS in the human service field. MSW preferred. The successful candidate must be willing to pursue a license as a MSW or Mental Health Practitioner 

Mental Health Technician  (Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Call)  
Job Summary: Provide supervision and role modeling for clients in a residential treatment program. Assist clients with daily living skills, problem solving, education, etc.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years old.
 

RN  (Two Full-Time positions) 
Requirements:  Valid RN license in the State of AlaskaJob Summary: 

LPN  (Part-Time) 
Requirements:  Valid LPN license in the State of Alaska

Training Specialist  (Full-Time)
Responsible for scheduling, facilitating and conducting both initial staff orientation and ongoing training sessions.  Evaluate new staff competency during the initial training and provide feedback to the appropriate manager.  Participate in the designs of ongoing staff development training.
Requirements:  High School Graduate with at least one year experience with the Boys and Girls Home or six months experience with the Boys and Girls home and two years experience in a similar setting.  Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or closely related field desired.
